BakerCalc, the all-in-one baker calculator

BakerCalc, the baker's calculator is a tool for all amateur bakers who want to calculate the weight of the various ingredients in the bread.

This is not a recipe app. So you will not find any bread recipes here. It is also not a tool for professional bakers who have what it takes for a long time (and that I thank in passing for all the good products they offer us).

With BakerCalc, the baker's calculator, you can do calculations on:

- the pouring water,

- hydration levels,

- the dosages of water, flour and leaven,

In addition to the calculations, you will find a documentation section with useful information on the weight of the products, the types of flour, the nutritional data ...

Finally, you can scan the barcode of your various ingredients to find their energy value.

I hope this tool will allow you to make better breads again. If you notice any errors, if you have suggestions for improvement or ideas for new tools that might be useful, do not hesitate to contact me.

The application is only in French for now but its use is very simple.
